Trial of Medical Personnel in Libya Accused of Spreading HIV
The International Herald Tribune of November 5, 2006 has an article describing the trial of five Bulgarian nurses and one Palestinian doctor acccused of spreading HIV to 426 children in a Libyan hospital. A recent study commissioned by the Libyan government blamed the infections on poor sanitary practices.
